Aer-Force Pty Ltd was founded in Y2000 primarily to provide a quality replacement diffuser service at reasonable cost.

Its founders, Mike Young and Tom Lawson already had extensive experience of diffused air aeration systems from their previous businesses.  They augmented this by welcoming John Jennings in 2006.

From its beginning, Aer-Force provided much needed competition in the diffuser replacement market. But it did much more than this because of its almost unrivalled knowledge of all aspects of aeration system design, installation and testing.

Meet the Team:

Mike Young, formerly managing director of John Young (Kelvinhaugh) Pty Ltd, has particular expertise in all aspects of site installation work and contract management.
He is responsible for project delivery, client liaison, supplier orders, importation and company financial control.

Tom Lawson, formerly managing director of Aquatec-Maxcon Pty Ltd, introduced membrane diffusers to Australia in 1985 and has travelled widely in Europe and USA.  He has extensive experience with product development, aeration system design and on-site testing.  He is responsible for business development and technical support.

John Jennings, formerly a senior engineer with Sinclair Knight and Environmental Solutions, is a highly experienced aeration system designer.  He still maintains his own wastewater treatment design consultancy and has had a close working relationship with EDI for more than 25 years.  He is responsible for all aspects of detailed design and installation supervision, and is based in Kiama where he manages our store and test laboratory
